The
Story Of Rich Tweten

I'm
not going to drag you along the roller coaster
ride of my life story.
Instead,
I'm going to share with you the REASONS why I
decided to let fitness and health enter my life.
Throughout
my childhood years my peers constantly harassed
me.
Strangely
enough, I wasn't overweight but instead quite
skinny... actually, I was as skinny as a
toothpick! In my opinion, regardless if
you're skinny or overweight as a teenager,
it can cause a lot of pain. Even
today, I can still hear the insults and
feel the rejection of the past.
I
remember walking down the hallways in my school
and being harassed countless of times every
single day. Thrown in lockers and even
garbage cans just because I was different than
most of the other "normal" kids.
Well, after years of torture... enough was
enough!
I was EXTREMELY
motivated to become athletic and fit so I
could fit in with everyone else and feel so
much better about myself.
So, at the age of
fifteen I found the solution!
I began to
exercise using my own body for weight while
also using a vacuum cleaner to perform arm
curls! After awhile, that exercise began
to hurt my wrists. So, I saved my hard
earned dishwashing money to purchase a set of
free weights, a bench and a basic weight
training program.
I was severely hungry to learn more about this
new activity that promised to transform the
way I looked and how people would treat
me. I devoured the best fitness
magazines and books in order to discover
all the "insider" secrets!
And you guessed
it. As a result of taking action, my
body started to change its outward appearance
in a positive way!
However, after
several years of learning from trial and
error, I found myself caught in a rut. I
had developed a bad habit. I started my
fitness and healthy eating program only to
soon find myself being inactive, eating
poorly, and drinking... shifting from each
extreme, back and forth. Because of
this, I was nowhere near where I wanted to be
with my mind or body.
I was either
hot or cold and I couldn't seem to find
the balance.
It got to the
point where I would always have to have the
"perfect" workout and I would even
weight my food and eat the same way on a
consistent basis so I would know EXACTLY what
was working for me. As I continued to
advance my learning, I talked myself into
believing that my actions were never good
enough.
It was only a
short period of time before something would
slip and then I would become cold. It
was to the extreme. In my case it was
happening due to my newly discovered
obsessive-compulsive disorder and I
continued to allow this to control me for
years.
Thank god... after
awhile, reality started to sink its way into
my thick head and I asked myself what I
TRULY wanted. Simply, I wanted to
have the peace of mind knowing that I was
working towards my fitness and health goals
with no worries of discontinuing while
enjoying the process as well.
So, I began to
read a lot of books on self-help and
psychology, while also allowing key mentors,
who could help me with this problem, into my
life.
I took immediate
action by identifying the beliefs that were
holding me back, and chose to eliminate them.
I formed new, healthy beliefs that could only
help me to achieve what I really wanted.
Now, after being
successful in dealing with the root of the
problem, I'm proud to say that I have
accomplished ALL of my original fitness goals,
and am now working towards new ones.
Knowing that I'm actually enjoying myself
really brings me peace of mind.
My only regret is
this...
I allowed myself
to go through that self-defeating cycle for
several years, and I still kick myself when
thinking about what I could've accomplished in
that time.
But throughout
those difficult years, I discovered that I
enjoyed sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm
with others who were interested in getting in
shape and improving their fitness and health.
So, I became a
certified personal trainer.
After training and
consulting with thousands of people
with different needs and goals, I developed
a heart warming sense of compassion towards
helping people who were struggling to lose
fat.
I found that I
shared a special bond with this type of
client.
Plus, I wanted to
prove to them that losing body fat (in a
physical sense) is FAR easier than gaining
lean muscle (which was my goal originally),
backing up the scientifically sound
statistics.
Then one fateful
day I discovered 10 "Insider"
Secret Habits of Action that all of my
successful clients shared with each other.
These life
transforming habits proved to be so simple,
quick and easy for them to form, but the shocking
fat loss results they achieved in only 12
weeks simply astounded me!
Knowing this, I
became highly motivated to share this valuable
and exclusive information, plus so much more
to all those people around the world who were
serious about rapid and permanent fat loss!
People who most likely will never get the
chance to train with me in person.
Yours in the
extinction of ugly fat,
